STEPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL EVENT

Step 1 - fill out request form
Read the TERMS OF FIELD USE

Fill out the Kid-Friendly Group Request Form to inquire availability for your requested date (any) and start time (10 am, 12 pm, and 2 pm). Once this form has been filled you'll be contacted regarding availability of your requested date and start time.

Step 2a - confirm head count and make deposit
Your final player head count and minimum $20 deposit per player is due no later than 10 days before the event date. ​​You may use the Pay Pal form below to make a deposit or make the payment at our store. When using the PayPal be sure to note the group leader and event date. Call the event coordinator 301-440-0426 or email events@torridpaintball.com to confirm your transaction.

Step 2b - make full payment
You may use the Pay Pal buttons below to pay your event in full. You may use credit card, e-check, or Pay Pal account to events@torridpaintball.com no later than 10 days before the event date. When using PayPal be sure to note the group leader / individual and event date. Prices are per player so enter quantities needed.​ You may also pay in full at our store. Call the event coordinator 301-440-0426 or email events@torridpaintball.com to confirm your transaction.​

Step 3 - fill out waivers
All players must have a waiver filled out. 
All players 17 and under must also include the parental consent / medical release form.

We prefer you bring your waivers filled out with you, but there will be additional waivers at the field if you should need some.

Step 4 - show up on time
Show up 1 hour before your scheduled play time. This allows time for registration and safety briefing. Events start and end on time... so please be on time. If you're late, we cannot guarantee you will play your full allotted session. If we're running late, you'll still get your full allotted session.

Please note:
NO discounts for players in Kid-Friendly Group Events with their own equipment. Said players will also need to follow the guidelines as if they are rental players and must use field supplied paintballs only [no outside paintballs allowed].
